Information for Schools & Career Advisors
Welcome to our dedicated webpage for high school teachers and career advisors. Here we provide a central repository of information, links and resources relevant to advising your students about studying at Campion.
Campion College is Australia’s first and only liberal arts college. We offer a unique tertiary experience for both residential and day students, inspired by the great traditions of higher learning in the liberal arts going back to Plato’s Academy and drawing from the educational models of more recent liberal arts colleges in Europe and North America. Our students are provided with a broad education which encourages personal, intellectual and spiritual development before pursuing vocational specialisation.
Bachelor of Arts in the Liberal Arts • Campion’s three-year undergraduate degree offers a uniquely integrated study of history, literature, philosophy and theology. Learn more.
Diploma of Liberal Arts • Students complete the first year of Campion’s Bachelor degree, undertaking Level 100 units in the core disciplines. Learn more.
Diploma of Classical Languages • Undertaken concurrently with the Bachelor of Arts in the Liberal Arts, students learn Latin and Ancient Greek. Learn more.
Entry requirements and admission
Campion College encourages students to undertake the ATAR pathway. The minimum ATAR requirement for our courses is 70. Students who receive an ATAR below 70 may utilise our Education Access Scheme to receive an ATAR adjustment of up to five points or get in touch with our Student Recruitment Manager to discuss provisional enrolment. Students who will not receive an ATAR may sit the Special Tertiary Admissions Test.
All applications to study at Campion are made directly through the college website.
Our Early Offer Scheme allows students to apply before final Year 12 exams, fast track their Letter of Offer for 2022 and be automatically considered for a scholarship for their first year. Click here for further information.
Students following our standard admission process are required to upload their ATAR statement and a written statement with the online application form. Applications should be submitted at least two weeks before the start of the student’s first semester at Campion.
Scholarships and financial aid
We believe that no student should ever miss out on a Campion education for financial reasons. We are committed to making our programme of liberal arts education as accessible as possible, by providing various means of financial aid to students. Over 70 per cent of our students receive scholarships or financial aid from the college. Additionally, there are no up-front tuition fees for students utilising the government’s FEE-HELP student loan scheme.
