If you are a non-high school leaver, please provide an academic transcript for your previous studies*. As a minimum, you must have completed the following for admission to Campion:

  • previous higher education course (at least one complete semester)
  • successful completion of a university bridging/enabling course
  • vocational educational training (VET) at Certificate IV level (at least one complete semester)
  • Western Civilization Foundation Great Books Program (successful completion of two years)
  • ATAR, interstate equivalent or IB results from the last two years (ATAR or equivalent of 70 or higher)
  • Campion Bridging Program (certificate of completion for Introduction to Western Civilisation)
  • STAT Written English and Multiple Choice tests (minimum average score equivalent to an ATAR of 70, currently 140 or above in each component).

*If your results or transcript are not yet available, you are welcome to submit a partial Early Offer application and advise us on when your results will be ready.

2. Obtain a community recommendation

The community recommendation form provides the opportunity for an educational, religious or social justice leader to comment on your community contributions and overall potential for success at undergraduate study. You may wish to obtain a recommendation from a teacher, year coordinator, principal, parish priest, youth group leader or anyone suitably qualified to attest to your involvement in the wider community.

3. Prepare a written statement

Applicants must respond to the following topics as part of a 1000-word written statement:

  • Describe your knowledge of, and interest in, the Liberal Arts.
  • Describe your educational experience to date (this may include such topics as: your preferred subjects in school; your interest in reading and writing; or whether you have overcome any hardships in your schooling).
  • Describe your commitment to student life (this may include interest in student clubs and societies or extra-curricular activities).
  • Do you believe you possess leadership qualities or the potential to thrive in leadership roles?

4. Submit your application and interview

Once you have submitted your application form, we will schedule you for a 20-minute interview (face-to-face or via Zoom) with one of our academics. The interview provides an opportunity for us to assess your interest in the liberal arts and commitment to College life. It also gives you an opportunity to seek more information about the course and student life at the College.

5. Receive your offer and enrol!

Your offer letter will be sent by email. It typically takes two weeks to process your application, assuming all documents have been submitted.
