Join us during History Week 2025 for an insightful lecture titled “The English Channel and British Political Culture,” presented by Dr. Jeremy Bell.
Dr. Bell, a distinguished lecturer in philosophy, literature, and history at Campion College, holds a BA (Hons) and MPhil from the University of Sydney, and a PhD from the University of Chicago. His extensive academic background and research make him well-equipped to explore this captivating topic.
History Week 2025, themed “Water Stories,” invites us to reflect on how bodies of water have shaped communities, cultures, and histories. This lecture offers a unique opportunity to engage with these narratives and understand their relevance to contemporary political culture. Attendees will also enjoy light refreshments during the event.
