About Campion
Campion College is Australia’s first and only liberal arts college. We offer a unique tertiary experience for both residential and day students, inspired by the great traditions of higher learning in the liberal arts going back to Plato’s Academy and drawing from the educational models of more recent liberal arts colleges in Europe and North America. Our students are provided with a broad education which encourages personal, intellectual and spiritual development before pursuing vocational specialisation.

Campion College encourages high school students to undertake the ATAR pathway. The minimum ATAR requirement (or IB equivalent) for our courses is 70. Students who receive an ATAR below 70 may utilise our Education Access Scheme to receive an ATAR adjustment of up to five points or get in touch with our Student Recruitment Manager to discuss provisional enrolment.
Students who will not receive an ATAR may sit the Special Tertiary Admissions Test or complete the Campion Bridging Program. Please contact our Student Recruitment Manager on (02) 9896 9303 or via study@campion.edu.au for advice on these pathways.
All applications to study at Campion are made directly through the college website. Learn more.Â
Recognition of Prior Learning
All NSW-based students who complete Studies in Catholic Thought as part of their Higher School Certificate are eligible to receive credit towards two level-100 theology units, effectively reducing their first-year workload by 25 per cent. Students who would like to receive credit for these units should submit a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) form after enrolling.
Scholarships and financial aid
We believe that no student should ever miss out on a Campion education for financial reasons. We are committed to making our programme of liberal arts education as accessible as possible, by providing various means of financial aid to students. Over 70 per cent of our students receive scholarships or financial aid from the college. Additionally, there are no up-front tuition fees for students utilising the government’s FEE-HELP student loan scheme.
