In a recent interview at Campion College, Dr. Greg Bottaro, founder of the Catholic Psych Institute, shared valuable insights into achieving a healthy, integrated approach to physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Speaking with Student Life Manager Tony and first-year student Tomas, Dr. Bottaro emphasised the importance of viewing these elements as interconnected, rather than isolated, parts of our lives.
This interview follows Dr. Bottaro’s recent visit to Campion College as the guest speaker for Formal Hall, where he delivered a compelling address on the central role of faith in human psychology. Read more about his address here.
Campion College Australia has also become the first higher education provider to collaborate with the CatholicPsych Institute to launch CPFlourish. CPFlourish aims to transform mental health support by offering discounted access to faith-based psychological resources for Campion College students, staff, alumni, and their families. This initiative, running from July 2024 through June 2025, combines faith, reason, and science to promote a holistic approach to psychological wellbeing.
