President records video message to students and supporters

03 Apr 2020

Hello, my name’s Dr Paul Morrissey, President of Campion College. I don’t need to tell you that these are extraordinary days and, like everywhere else in Australia and around the world, Campion College has been affected. We, for the first time, have had to move to an online way of learning, suspending classes two weeks ago, and recommencing classes on Monday.

Dear students, I want to thank you for your adaptability and understanding during this time. Classes recommence on Monday according to the same timetable that was already in place for Semester 1, and we are committed to not compromising on the quality of this degree.

I want to thank our staff for their cooperation in moving our courses online at such short notice, and in particular, I want to thank our academic staff for adapting to this new way of teaching.

Friends of Campion, I want to thank you for your prayers and support at this time. Campion is a community of learning and as such, this situation poses a particular challenge for us. Please continue to stay connected with us through our social media channels and remain updated via our website.

To our students, I really encourage you to remain connected with each other and with us. If there’s anything you need please do not hesitate to contact us, whether it be one of your lecturers or another member of staff. We’re here to support you.

Please continue to pray for us, as we will for you at this time. Stay safe, God bless, and I hope to see you before too long.
