Stained-glass skylight is installed in new college library

Campion College President, Dr Paul Morrissey, recently had the pleasure of witnessing the installation of the skylight in the new college library.

The skylight, which contains 15 pictorial panels surrounded by an additional 20 panels containing phrases in Latin and English, was carefully installed one piece at a time over a period of three days. Following installation of the metal frame, each piece of the skylight was carefully lifted into position and remains held in place through the force of gravity.
